Zhejiang Doeast Thread Co.,ltd. is China super-elastic continuous filament manufacturers and super-elastic continuous filament polyester threads factory. Doeast DOFLEX is an innovative sewing thread made of PolyButylene fibre. It has excellent elongation and tenacity, broken elongation of single thread can reach 50% and more. It can be used for needle thread in high elastic fabric types and seams. DOFLEX has high initial modulus which can provide good looper formation, this is extremely important for sewing ability.

Advantages :

- Excellent elongation & tenacity
- Excellent loop formation, consistent stitch formation
- Special lubrication technology to reduce abrasion
- Recoverable elastic can provide better seam elongation
- Certified to Oeko-tex standard 100, Class 1, the most stringent
class covering babywear.

Thermal Properties
- Melts at 220c, sticks at 190c
- Shrinkage less than 1% at 150c


Chemical Properties
- Mineral acids: Resistant to most mineral acids
- Alkalis: Essentially unaffected by weak alkalis, but less
resistant to stronger alkalis, especially at higher temperatures.
- Oranic solvents: Generally unaffected, but soluble in some phenolic
compounds.
- Insects / microorganisms: unaffacted
- Laundering / dry cleaning: unaffacted
- 0.2% Moisture regain: 0.2%
