1. Selection of core wire

The fineness of the core filament and the number of single filaments in it should be selected according to the use of the fabric and the spinning count. For the core filament of the same denier, the thinner the monofilament, the more the number of threads, the softer and smoother the fabric; on the contrary, the smaller the number of threads, the better the rigidity and crispness of the fabric. For coated products, the gloss of the core wire does not need to be considered, and the light core wire can be used to reduce the production cost; if the exposed product is produced, the gloss of the core wire should be considered, and the light wire should not be used as much as possible, so that the product will cause aurora and affect Effect. For example, to produce 11.8tex (50s) polyester-cotton core-spun yarn as skirt material and shirt fabric, ordinary low-strength and high-stretch 5.56tex (50D)/24F semi-gloss polyester filament should be used as the core yarn. When core-spun yarn is used as sewing thread, generally choose high-strength, low-stretch bright polyester filament with a large number of monofilaments above 7.78tex (70D)/36F. When used as burnt-out outerwear, the glossy polyester filament below 7.56tex(68D)/36F can be used. However, for the core-spun yarn used for burnt-out fabric, the fineness of the core yarn should be too large. Generally, 7.22-8.33tex (65-75D)/36F matt or semi-gloss polyester filament is used to prevent the burnt-out part from being too thin. , too thin and cause aurora. For the core-spun yarn used in elastic fabric, the fineness of the core yarn can be selected according to the use of the fabric. Generally, polyester 7.78tex (70D) spandex yarn is used, and its drafting ratio is about 3.8 times. For the medium-sized (medium and low count) spandex core-spun yarn for warp-oriented strong corduroy and elastic labor cloth, the draft of spandex yarn should be larger, about 3.8-4.0 times, which can ensure that when the elastic pants are worn, the buttocks, The knee area has more resilience.

2. Selection of outsourcing fiber

If the outer fiber is cotton fiber, in theory, the raw cotton with long length, high count and good maturity should be selected as far as possible. However, it should depend on the use of the product. If it is not used as high-speed sewing thread, but as shirt fabric or skirt material, or other burnt-out decorative fabrics, there is no need to choose good raw cotton, because they do not need to be subjected to high-speed sewing thread. The test of strong friction and high temperature melting will not produce "peeling" phenomenon, so the use of 30mm long raw cotton can meet the requirements. However, the outer cotton of the core-spun yarn used as burnt-out fabric has less neps and impurities. It is better if rayon is used as the outsourcing fiber, with low strength, good dyeing performance and less neps and impurities.
