JapanFlame Retardant (FR) sewing thread is used in a variety of protective clothing. These garments protect the wearer against high temperatures, flames and other risks associated with industrial work. Another popular FR thread is N-tech, which is a meta-aramide special sewing thread that provides permanent temperature resistance up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The product is lightweight, self-extinguishing and has been tested to be safe for use in clothing, tents and other protective clothing.
